Just one tip: when you switch from shuffle to rm (running man) always stay on 1-2-1-2 structure. This is my biggest problem on shuffle, and why i don't upload a video

For Shuffling related training in regards to stamina and strength I recommend skipping rope. For just general cardiovascular stuff, running, biking, ect. is just fine.
