We have tile in our house and I was in my socks practicing and on one of my spins my foot slid back and I caught myself like 3 inches away from smacking my face on the ground lol but of course I just got right back up and kept goin :p

O: Happens to me all the time. I sometimes get dizzy during an extreme spin or lose grip, and almost smash my face on the wall!

[HSD]DLBxRW when you do it enough you will find you build tolerence to dizzyness. it sounds strange but i can extreme spin fast in one direction for mabe a 720 or 900 doesnt matter how times i spin. and then spin just as fast in the other direction and not get dizzy. it takes lots of practice and endurence.

basicaly isent that the thing with all dance or just about anything. there so much hope. if someone wanted to they can become the best at spins in the world with time and dedication. you may have to practice hours everyday of you life. but in truth what i have learned in the world of shuffleing spins dont really mean much. ITS STYLE. how you make you shuffleing look and how you shuffle. i still cant control my hands when i make them look like a wave in my video i posted. but im getting there i spent 3 hours last night working on it.

To be honest as far as hardcore practice time goes I probably give it an hour or two a night. But through out the day, I shuffle around, like when I go get the mail, or wait for somethin ect ect. So it works out in the end.

yea hardcore practice is recomended if you want to go pro. but because do it all the time you will get better. when i get up in the morning i shuffle to my bus stop. i shuffle at my bus stop. i shuffle to my seat. i shuffle in the cafe before 1st period. i shuffle to my 1st period class. i shuffle in my 1st period class. i shuffle at the end of class. and then i shuffle to my next class. and so on and so forth till i get home. till i shuffle myself to sleep to take a nap. then i go to my basement where i can feel my sub woofers and then you can guess what happens. its truly a sad story.

i dont know the exact months almost to years. i started september 16 of my junior year was when i saw shuffleing, heard hardstyle, and tryed to do it for the frist time. dont ask me how i know that i just do. im a senior this year. around 1 year and 8 months

give it like 4 to 5 months of doing to like 1 hour a day. you will rock most people in you gym class. after 2 songs of hardstyle i am sweating. only once time have i made it trough my top 25 play list took forever. my legs where so sore the next day. but hey i run a 4.3 second 40 yard dash.
