Extreme Spinning! Empty Extreme Spinning!

Wassup guys. So I've been trying to increase the speed and intensity of my extreme spins.
Here's some problems I'm having
-Dunno how to increase my repetitions, I can only get around 3 spins atm
-Increasing the speed. This one's big cuz all the extreme spins are fast and crazy!
-Control, I always seem to lose balance on my 2nd spin and I don't want it to look awkward.

So any tips would be greatly appreciated guys!

Haha I can spin 6 times before getting dizzy. I try to ignore the feeling and as soon as you come out of the spin, start t stepping. It's much easier to coordinate when dizzy instead of running man. Once the feeling wears away, you can resume doing whatever.

Also if you aren't too dizzy, spin the opposite direction. It gets rid of dizziness.

Hmm... I got it resolved. realized that Cellphone cameras can also be deceiving to the eye sometimes.
