Hard thing about it is that I have asthma and I can only really do one song for now before I start wheezing and having shortness of breath my asthma used to be better but this stupid weather is effecting it>.< Oh well exercise is suppose to help with asthma so shuffling will help

i have the same problem, so i always have my inhaler close by and drinking lots of water will help with energy and just feeling better during exercise.
