Which way is the dancer turning. Clock wise to the right or anti clockwise to the left ? And can you change her direction ?

haha, yeah it's been around for a few years, and, you can change the direction, it's hard and takes practice.

The advantage of trying to do it means you can control your mind, and tell your mind what to see, even if your eyes say something else.

It's the sort of thing you do in 3D art such as sculpture. You need to be able to visualise the shape in your mind and rotate it in your mind, before it even exists as sculpture.

For dancers it means you can visualise steps in your mind before you even do them, and for choreographers it's a must to be able to visualise these things.

When you want to change the direction look at the least busy parts ie not the boobs Smile

Look at the part where her legs cross over. There is less visual information there and you can tell your mind the direction is one way or the other. It might only slip into a different direction for a second or two before you loose focus, but you can extend this by practice.
