hei nice tute...so is the runing man really gona go fast when u practise and wat happens if u shuffle 1 step..disqualified or somthing??

and does the high raising of the knee necesserie??

you wont get "disqualified" for 1 stepping. It just makes ur shuffle more choppy and have much less flow. I really do recommend practicing the 2 step running man.

raising the knee is really a matter of style. shufflers raise their knees to different heights, and they each have a different look. i personally like a higher knee and longer stride but that is just me.

to start transitioning from 1 step to 2 step i recommend just doing it to no music until you have a slow rhythm. Then shuffler to electro house. slower beats. then once you have that down move up to trance, hard trance, hardstyle.

it only goes faster if u practice. i also noticed when i was starting that right when u begin 2 stepping and trying to go fast you hardly step and really just rotate ur feet. dont so that, just practice to music with slower beats and you will have it down.
