One thing I noticed in your video is you're heel flicking, which has to do with the running man.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZX7C6BZuEw

This video shows heel flicking pretty well imo, I watched it to make sure I wasn't when I was already a few months in, since you're just starting out I would focus on the heel flicking so you don't have any problem later on (after your body gets used to it).

But not bad for 2 weeks, try practicing without music and smoothing out your running man and t-step too Smile.

Yea you're heel flicking still, but it's more because you're not putting the right emphasis in your running man. It's a bit... scattered for lack of a better word.
You just gotta slow down and do the basics right.

I guess to elaborate what I mean by your emphasis in your rm; generally people like two kinds of looks in shuffling: a 'smooth' shuffle, and a powerful, more stompy, shuffle. To get a smooth shuffle you'll want to make your movements even as possible in terms of energy. For the hard shuffle you want to put more energy into the downward motion of the front foot than the rest of the movement.
Right now you're putting more energy into the backward hopping motion than the stomping down motion and it looks odd. Plus the extra energy you're putting in the wrong place also carries over and contributes over to your heeling flicking.

Hope that helps
