YOOOOO hey errbody need help with your spins?well youve come to the right thread!!alot of ballet dancers use their head when they spin which whips the body around.try this while spinning and see if it helps.

Is there any other tips on spins? I'm getting the hang of the running man, and spins still elude me, and can you describe how to use your head?
