You need to hit your beats. Idk if you were dancing to different music, but, you need to hit each beat with your RM, T-Step, Kicks & Spins. Try standing a bit straighter, and looking up more when you shuffle, too. Posture really helps everything else workout. Make sure you don't move forwards with your RM, & clean up your T-Step. Remember, it's a lift & then a drop, never a heel flick/kick.

I see you moving your arms but not is any sort of fashion. Arm movements that fit with your routine can look pretty cool if you practice keeping your balance with them. I like experimenting with arms when I shuffle.

i agree with many of the comments, however,i dont see much improvement needed, everyone has there own style...but if you want some advice to practice variations,i'd say,try locking your hamstrings more,it helps to practice that slowly, then progress in speed, this helps give a harder look,so it looks more to-the-beat.you dont ALWAYS have to do that however, you can get loose as well and mess with moves.as for arms.it depends what style look and FEEL you want.pm me sometime,or comment on here and tell me what kind od style you like and i'll give my best advice i can give.there's generic movements such as saaco and mikki, and theres more fun and complex like william and francis.it all depends on your feel on things.i find it fun to mix everything and add in some tektonik every other step.
